Erbil- Kurdistan Region, Iraq (cabinet.gov.krd) – Kurdistan Region delegation, led by Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani, met with Arab and world leaders in the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Barzani, and his Deputy Qubad Talabani, met with King Abdullah II of Jordan, Prime Minister Haider Abadi of Iraq and Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan of Armenia. 

The Kurdish leaders also met with the United Nations Under Secretary General for Political Affairs, Jeffrey Feltman, and the Tunisian politician and scholar, Rached Ghannouchi.

Bilateral relations, regional and global developments and latest progress in the Kurdistan Region – Baghdad negotiations were discussed during the meetings.

Prime Minister Barzani and his accompanied delegation arrived in Davos on Tuesday to participate in the annual World Economic Forum.
