Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (cabinet.gov.krd) – In a statement, the Kurdistan Regional Government strongly condemned today's attack in Las Vegas, which killed more than 50 people and injured over 500 others. Below is the text of the statement:

We strongly condemn the criminal and barbaric attack occurred during a concert in the US city of Las Vegas, Nevada, on Monday 2 October 2017.

We express our sincerest condolences to the families of the victims and wish the injured quick recovery.

We reaffirm our sympathy and solidarity with the people and government of the United States of America.
